Unfortunately we do no have a 24 hours a day call out service as most issues can be fixed within working hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm).

We class a genuine emergency as an escape of water or gas, an error code on your boiler, no heating or hot water is not classed as a genuine emergency

Please note this phone number is only to be used to genuine emergencies, it is used by a 3rd party who will pass on a message to us, the 3rd party is trained to only pass on genuine emergencies and anything else would not be dealt with.

If you can smell gas, please turn off your gas supply by the gas handle and call 0800 111 999 which is a 24/7 free emergency gas line number 

If you have as escape of water, turn off the water to your property by the stop tap (Normally under the sink) open all taps and this will stop the leak once the system is drained 

If you have no heating and it is in the colder months – Please do not use an appliance that is not designed to heat a house like a cooker, please wrap up warm

DID YOU KNOW – The fire brigade will bring temporary safe heaters to your property in the event of a heating breakdown so please ring them
